Check in 4.30 - 9.45 pm (latest), check out is by 10.00am. Guests may deposit luggage before 1pm strictly by prior arrangement only.
Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a Legal Contract. If you need to cancel please contact us immediately. For cancellations made up to 72 hours before your booking you will not be liable for the total balance. For cancellations made after this time or by failing to take up the booking without cancelling you will be liable for the total accommodation amount due.
We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Damages and Breakages: Please take care with our home. Be aware that you are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you (or any member of your party) cause to our home or its contents – we ask you to report these as soon as they occur. Please book accommodation appropriate to your personal needs. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we reserve the right to charge you for replacement, repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions whilst staying at Maison Dieu Guest House.
Special provision is made from those travelling by MOTORCYCLE – this forms part of our Booking Conditions. In the interest of preserving our guests sleep, we ask that any guests on motorbikes do not start/warm their engines before 7am – hence we may be an unsuitable property for those with early departures. No leathers or helmets to be worn inside the property. We provide additional safe storage for such items, also hard Panniers – these are made available from 7am. Please note – unfortunately we do not have drying facilities.
